This is the big cocktail page with lots of different cocktail recipes in alphabetical order so you can use it as a quick reference guide to find how to make that delicious cocktail you had somewhere!

I will try and keep it updated, but there are so many cocktails available that I'm sure some will be missed so be sure to ask for your favorite to be included and I'll try my best to accommodate you.

Cocktails Beginning with A

Absinthe Minded

2 shots vodka
1 shot absinthe
1/2 shot cranberry juice
1/2 shot blue curacao

Combine all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass to serve.

After Eight Martini

1 1/2 shots vodka
1 1/2 shots chocolate liqueur
3/4 shot peppermint liqueur

Put all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass and enjoy!

Alternatini

6 parts vodka
1/2 tsp sweet vermouth
1/2 tsp dry vermouth
1 tsp white creme de cacao
sweetened cocoa powder
hershey's kiss

Rim a chilled martini glass with the sweetened cocoa powder. Place all of the liquid ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and then strain into a martini glass and garnish with the hershey's kiss.

Anouchka

This delicious cocktail was invented by Salvatore Calabrese, barman of the Lanesborough Hotel, London and named after a Russian guest.

2 1/2 shots vodka
1/3 shot blackberry liqueur

Stir together in a mixing glass with ice. To serve strain and pout into a cocktail glass

Appetizer

A very easy to make cocktail based on the underused apperitif dubonnet: -

6 parts dubonnet
juice of 1 orange (freshly squeezed)

Shake in a shaker with ice, then strain and serve in a Martini glass.

Appletini's or Apple Martini's

3 parts vodka
1 part apple schnapps
1 part cointreau

This martini can be mixed or shaken with ice and then strained into a cocktail glass to serve.

Asian Pear Martini

2 shots sake rice wine
1/2 shot pear liqueur
1/2 shot Poire William
1 1/2 shots freshly pressed pear juice
1/4 shot freshly squeezed lemon juice

Shake all of the ingredients together with ice. Next strain into a cocktail glass and enjoy!

Atomic Orange

1 shot vodka
1 1/2 shots Midori
2 shots freshly squeezed orange juice

Shake all of the ingredients together with ice and strain into a cocktail glass to serve.

Aurora Borealis

1 measure iced vodka
1 measure iced green Chartreuse
1/2 measure iced orange curacao
few drops iced cassis

Pour the vodka slowly round one side of a well-chilled shot glass. Carefully pour the Charteuse round the other side. Pour the curacao gently into the middle and add a few drops of cassis. Do not stir, leave the spirits to swirl around the glass.

Cocktails Beginning with B



Baby Bellini

chilled sparkling cider
4 parts peach nectar
2 parts fresh lemon juice

Pour the fruit juices into a chilled champagne flute. Stir well and add cider to the rim, stir carefully and serve.

Black Ice Martini

2 shots vodka
2 shots black sambuca
1/4 shot creme de menthe

Place all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and then strain into a cocktail glass to serve.

Black Velvet

½ pint Champagne
½ pint Stout

Make sure both ingredients are chilled and pour them both into a highball glass at the same time. Do not stir.

Blue Hawaiian

Blue Lagoon

A really refreshing cocktail made from:-

2 parts vodka
1 part blue curacao
lemonade

Fill a tall glass with ice, add vodka, blue curacao and top with lemonade, give it a quick stir with a straw and serve.

Brandy Alexander

3 parts brandy
3 parts dark creme de cacao
3 parts half-and-half

Shake all of the ingredients along with ice in a cocktail shaker. Strain into a snifter glass to serve.

Brandy Daisy

4 parts brandy
1 part fresh lemon juice
1 tsp Grenadine
½ tsp bar sugar
maraschino cherry

Combine all the ingredients (except the cherry) in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well. Strain and pour into an old fashioned glass, garnish with the cherry to serve.

Brandy Vermouth Cocktail

6 parts brandy
1 part sweet vermouth
dash angostura bitters

Shake all of the ingredients together, with ice, in a shaker and strain into a martini glass to serve.

Bronx

This cocktail is said to have been created by Johnny Solon in 1906 while he was working at the Waldorf-Astoria

2 shots gin
1 shot dry vermouth
1 shot sweet vermouth
juice from 1/2 orange

Shake all of the ingredients together with ice. To serve strain into a cocktail glass.

Cocktails beginning with C


Cafe Romano

2 parts white sambuca
2 parts kahlua
2 parts cream

Combine all the ingredients in a shaker with ice, then strain and serve in a Martini glass.

Capri

2 parts white creme de cacao
2 parts creme de bananes
2 parts half'n'half

Shake all of the ingredients, along with ice, together in a cocktail shaker. Strain into an old fashioned glass over ice cubes.

Capucine

More a shooter than a true cocktail, it looks and tastes divine:-

crushed ice
1 part iced blue curacao
1 part iced parfait amour

Pack a shooter glass with crushed ice and then carefully pour in the blue curacao, next slowly top up with the parfait amour.

Champagne Cocktail

1 sugar cube
angostura bitters
chilled champagne
lemon twist

Place the sugar cube in the bottom of a champagne flute and put a few dashes of angostura bitters onto it. Next fill with champagne, stir and garnish with the lemon twist.

Champagne Cooler

3 parts brandy
2 parts triple sec
Champagne
fresh mint

For this cocktail you simple put the brandy and triple sec in a red wine glass top up with Champagne and stir. Garnish it with a sprig of fresh mint to serve.

Choco-Coconutini

1 shot vodka
1 shot Malibu
1 shot chocolate liqueur

Shake all of the ingredients together with ice and strain into a cocktail glass to serve.

Chocolate Soldier

2 parts cognac
2 parts dry vermouth
1 part dark cacao liqueur
1 dash orange bitters

Fill a mixing glass with ice, add the ingredients and stir together well before straining into a cocktail glass to serve.

Cupid's Cosmo

1 1/2 shots vodka
1 shot Grand Marnier
2 shots cranberry juice
1/2 shot freshly squeezed lime juice

Shake all of the ingredients together with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass to serve.

Cocktails Beginning with D


Daiquiri

3 parts Cuban white rum
1 part lime juice
1 1/2 parts sugar syrup

Combine all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake for 10 seconds before straining into a cocktail glass.

Damn the Weather

4 parts gin
1 tbsp sweet vermouth
2 tsp triple sec
1 part fresh orange juice

Combine all ingredients, along with ice, in a cocktail shaker. Shake and strain into a martini glass to serve.

Death by Chocolate

1 shot vodka
1 shot creme de cacao - brown
1.5 shots amarula cream
3 scoops chocolate ice-cream

Blend all of the ingredients together with a little crushed ice. Serve in a parfait glass and garnish with chocolate shavings.

Diplomat

2 shots dry vermouth
1 shot sweet vermouth

Shake all of the ingredients together with ice. To serve strain into a cocktail glass.

Duchess

4 parts pernod
1 part dry vermouth
1 part sweet vermouth

Shake all of the ingredients, with ice, in a shaker and strain into a cocktail glass.

Cocktails Beginning with E


Earthquake

4 parts blended whiskey
2 parts gin
2 parts pernod

Combine all the ingredients, along with ice, in a cocktail shaker. Shake well and strain into a martini glass.

Egg Nog

750ml Brandy
1 1/2 quarts milk
1 pint whipped heavy cream
1 cup bar sugar
dozen eggs
freshly grated nutmeg

Seperate the eggs and beat the yolks with the sugar in a large punch bowl. Put the egg whites to one side. Stir the milk and whipped cream into the punch bowl. Add the brandy and refrigerate for at least an hour. Before serving, whip the egg whites stiff and fold into the egg nog. Sprinkle with freshly grated nutmeg.

El Presidente

4 parts light rum
2 parts fresh lime juice
1 tsp grenadine
1 tsp pineapple juice

Place all the ingredients, along with ice in a cocktail shaker, shake and strain into a martini glass.

Envy

1/2 shot vodka
2 shots Midori
1 shot Frangelico
1 shot peach schnapps
1/4 shot freshly squeezed lime juice

Shake all of the ingredients together with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass to serve.

Cocktails Beginning with F


Fifty Fifty

4 parts gin
4 parts dry vermouth
1 spanish olive

Place ingredients, along with ice into a mixing glass and stir, then strain into a martini glass, then add the olive.

French 75

4 parts gin
1 tbsp sugar syrup
2 parts fresh lemon juice
Champagne

Combine all the ingredients except the Champagne in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled highball glass. Fill with Champagne and garnish with a lemon twist.

French Connection

4 parts cognac
2 parts amaretto

Pour ingredients into an old fashioned glass over ice and stir well.

French Martini

2 shots vodka
1/2 shot freshly pressed pineapple juice
1/2 shot Chambord

Shake all of the ingredients together with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass to serve.

Costumes Beginning with G


Gauguin Cocktail

2 oz white rum
1/2 oz passion fruit liqueur
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz lime juice
1 cup ice

Combine all of the ingredients together and blend at a low speed until smooth. Despite the picture here this cocktail is traditionally served in an old fashioned glass and the traditional garnish is a cherry.

Genoa Vodka

4 parts vodka
2 parts campari
6 parts fresh orange juice

Combine all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well. Pour into an old fashioned glass to serve.

Gibson

6 parts vodka
3 dashes dry vermouth
cocktail onions

Pour vodka and vermouth into a mixing glass with ice and stir well, strain into a martini glass and garnish with a couple of cocktail onions.

Gimlet

4 parts gin
1 part lime juice

Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into an old fashioned glass to serve.

A more trendy way to drink Gimlets nowadays is the Basil Gimlet. Since appearing in the NY Times food and drink section in June 2011, more and more people are trying different versions of this cocktail - here's a recipe for it here - Basil Gimlet recipe.

Grasshopper

4 parts green creme de menthe
4 parts white creme de cacao
4 parts half and half

Combine all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with cracked ice and shake well. Strain into a martini glass to serve.

Groovy Martini

2 shots vodka
1 shot triple sec
2 shots cranberry juice
1/4 shot blackcurrant liqueur

Shake all of the ingredients together with ice. To serve, strain into a cocktail glass

Cocktails Beginning with H


Hair of the Dog

Not sure I could face it first thing in the morning, but maybe you'd like to:-

1 part Scotch whiskey
1 1/2 parts single cream
1/2 part clear honey
ice

Gently mix the whiskey, cream and honey together then pour over ice into a shot glass to serve.

Harvey Wallbanger

3 parts vodka
1 part Galliano
6 parts orange juice

Havana Cocktail

4 parts light rum
4 parts pineapple juice
1 part fresh lemon juice

Combine all of the ingredients, with ice, in a cocktail shaker and shake well. Strain into a martini glass to serve.

Honeydew Martini

2 1/2 shots vodka
1/2 shot triple sec
1/2 shot Midori

Shake all of the ingredients together with ice, strain into a cocktail glass to serve.

Hula-Hula

4 parts gin
2 parts fresh orange juice
1 tbsp triple sec

Combine all of the ingredients into a shaker, along with ice and shake. Then strain into a cocktail glass.

Ice Pick

4 parts vodka
iced tea
lime wedge

Fill a tall glass with ice cubes, then pour vodka and iced tea into glass. Squeeze the lime wedge over the drink and drop in, then stir.

Imagination

1 shot triple sec
1 shot tequila
1 shot coconut milk
1 shot double cream

Shake all of the ingredients together with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.

Incognito

2 shots Cognac
1 1/2 shots dry vermouth
1 shot apricot brandy
3 dashes Angostura bitters

Shake all of the ingredients together with ice and then strain into a cocktail glass.

Ink Martini

2 shots gin
1/2 shot peach schnapps
1/2 shot blue curacao
2 shots cranberry juice

Ixtapa

4 parts coffee liqueur
2 parts silver tequila

Put the ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir, then strain and pour into a martini glass to serve.

Jamaica Shake

4 parts bourbon
3 parts dark rum
3 parts half and half

Put all the ingredients along with ice in a shaker & shake well, strain into a martini glass.

Jelly Beanytini

1 1/2 shots white rum
1 shot peach schnapps
1 shot Malibu
2 dashes orange bitters
1/2 shot chilled water

Place a few jelly beans in a cocktail glass, next take the above ingredients and shake with ice. Strain the drink over the jelly beans to serve.

Jumping Jack Flash

1 1/2 shots bourbon
1 shot banana liqueur
1/2 shot Galliano
1 shot freshly squeezed orange juice
1 shot freshly pressed pineapple juice

Key Lime Pie

2 shots vodka
1 shot Midori

Kurrant Affair

2 shots blackcurrant vodka
1/2 shot chambord
1 shot cranberry juice

Kyoto Cocktail

4 parts gin
2 parts midori
1 part dry vermouth
¼ tsp fresh lemon juice

Limey

2 shots white rum
1 shot lime liqueur
1/2 shot freshly squeezed lime juice
1/2 shot triple sec

Shake all of the ingredients with ice and then strain into a cocktail glass to serve.

Little Princess

4 parts light rum
2 parts sweet vermouth

Put the ingredients, with ice, into a mixing glass, stir well and strain into a Martini glass.

London Fog

2 parts white creme de menthe
2 parts pernod
1 scoop vanilla ice-cream

Place all of the ingredients along with some cracked ice into a blender and blitz on medium for a few seconds. Serve in a chilled pousse-cafe glass.

Long Island Tea

There are several different adaptations of the Long Island Tea, but all of them include vodka, gin, tequila and rum. The result is an alcoholic drink that looks like iced tea which is where it gets it's name from.

1/2 oz triple sec
1/2 oz light rum
1/2 oz gin
1/2 oz tequila
1/2 oz vodka
1 oz sour mix
cola

Pour the spirits and sour mix into a mixing glass and mix well. Pour into a Collins glass over ice and top up with cola.

Macaroon

6 parts vodka
1 part chocolate liqueur
1 part amaretto

Put all the ingredients plus ice into a shaker, shake, then strain into a Martini glass.

Manhattan

6 parts rye
2 parts sweet vermouth
dash Angostura bitters

Combine all of the ingredients along with ice cubes in a mixing glass. Stir well and strain into a cocktail glass to serve.

The Classic Martini Cocktail

6 parts gin
1/4 tsp dry vermouth
cocktail olive

Combine the gin and vermouth in a mixing glass with ice cubes. Stir well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass, garnish with an olive and serve.

Mary Garden Cocktail

4 parts Dubonet rouge
2 parts dry vermouth

Combine ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker and shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass to serve.

Mary Pickford Cocktail

Named after the Hollywood silent movie star - Mary Pickford this cocktail not only tastes great it also looks pretty!

2 oz light rum
2 oz pineapple juice
1 tsp grenadine
1 tsp maraschino cherry juice

Pour all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well, strain into a martini glass to serve - delicious!

Midnight Kiss

40ml vodka
10ml blue curacao
1 tsp lemon juice
Champagne

Place vodka, blue curacao, lemon juice and ice into a cocktail shaker and shake, then strain into a champagne flute and top up with Champagne.

Mojito

There are lots of variations on the mojito available these days, but the classic mojito otherwise known as Cuba's national drink is made as follows -

2 parts rum
1 part lime juice
1 tsp sugar
10 mint sprigs
soda water
1 part ice cubes
1 lime slice

Put the mint and sugar into a cocktail shaker and muddle them together to release the flavor of the mint and infuse the sugar. Next add the rum and lime juice into the shaker and give it a quick shake. Put the ice cubes into a highball glass and empty the contents of the shaker into it before topping up with soda water and garnishing with a lime slice.

Naughty by Nature

2 1/2 shots raspberry vodka
1/2 shot triple sec
1/2 shot cranberry juice
1 dash freshly squeezed lime juice

Shake all of the ingredients together with ice and then strain into a cocktail glass to serve.

New World

6 parts blended whiskey
2 parts fresh lime juice
2 tsp grenadine

Combine all of the ingredients, with ice, in a cocktail shaker, shake, strain and serve in a Martini glass.

Nightmare Martini

1 1/2 shots gin
1 shot cherry brandy
1 shot Dubonnet red
1 shot freshly squeezed orange juice

Shake all of the ingredients together with ice and strain into a cocktail glass to serve.

Normandy Cocktail

4 parts gin
2 parts calvados
1 part apricot brandy
1/4 tsp fresh lemon juice

Combine all the ingredients, along with ice, in a shaker and shake well. Strain into a Martini glass to serve.

Nuclear Fallout

A colourful shooter

1 tsp raspberry syrup
¼ part of maraschino
¼ part of yellow chartreuse
¼ part cointreau
½ part of well-iced blue curacao

Take a chilled shot glass and pour all of the drinks, except the blue curacao, in layers over a teaspoon. Finally pour in the blue curacao, as this is the heaviest AND the coldest it creates a slow dropping effect. Serve immediately!

Cocktails Beginning with O


One Ireland

4 parts Irish whiskey
1 part green creme de menthe
small scoop vanilla ice cream

Put all of the ingredients into a blender, blend until smooth then serve in a Martini glass.

Onion Ring Martini

2 rings fresh red onion
2 shots gin
1 shot sake rice wine
4 dashes orange bitters
1/2 tsp sugar syrup

Muddle the onion with the gin in the base of the shaker. Pour in the remaining ingredients, add ice and then shake. Strain into a cocktail glass to serve.

Opal Martini

2 shots gin
1 shot triple sec
2 shots freshly squeezed orange juice

Shake all of the ingredients together with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.

Opera

4 parts gin
2 parts dubonnet rouge
1 mart maraschino liqueur

Stir all of the ingredients with ice in a mixing glass. Strain into a martini glass to serve.

Orgasmatini

2 shots vodka
1 shot chocolate liqueur
1 shot Baileys Irish Cream

Shake all of the ingredients together with ice and strain into a cocktail glass to serve.

Paisley Martini

6 parts gin
½ tsp dry vermouth
½ tsp scotch

Put all the ingredients into a mixing glass with ice, stir well & strain into a Martini glass.

Peppermint Patty

4 parts white creme de cacao
4 parts white creme de menthe
2 parts half-n-half

Combine all the ingredients, with ice, in a cocktail shaker and shake. Strain into an old-fashioned glass to serve.

Pina Colada

There are lots of variations on this drink I like the following one:

30ml light rum
45ml pineapple juice
30ml coconut cream
ice

Purple Cocktail

1oz southern comfort
1oz blue curacao
1 oz blueberry liqueur
1oz sloe gin
1 splash lime juice
1 splash sweet and sour mix
1 splash 7-up soda

Combine all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a martini glass to serve.

Purple Magic

1½ oz light rum
1½ oz blue curacao
1½ oz watermelon puker schnapps
1½ oz cranberry juice
1½ oz pomegranate juice

Combine all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a large martini glass to serve.

Q Martini

3 shots vodka
1/2 shot blue curacao

Shake all of the ingredients together with ice and strain into a cocktail glass to serve.

Quarter Deck Cocktail

4 parts dark rum
2 parts cream sherry
1 tbsp fresh lime juice

Put all of the ingredients, with ice, into a cocktail shaker, shake well and strain into a Martini glass.

Queen Elizabeth

6 parts gin
1 part dry vermouth
2 tsp Benedictine

Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing glass with ice cubes and mix well. Strain into a cocktail glass to serve.

Cocktails Beginning with R


Raspberry Trifle

1 oz vodka
3/4 oz kahlua
3/4 oz chambord
whipped cream

Combine the vodka, kahlua and chambord in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake things up. Strain into a wine flute and top with fresh whipped cream.

Red Apple

4 parts apple brandy
4 parts grapefruit juice
3-5 dashes grenadine

Combine all of the ingredients, with ice, in a cocktail shaker and shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass to serve.

Rob Roy

The Rob Roy is a classic cocktail that was created in the late 1800s by a bartender at the Waldorf Hotel in New York City and was named in honor of the operetta Rob Roy that was loosely based on the Scottish folk hero Robert Roy MacGregor which is why it is only ever made with Scotch Whiskey.

45 ml Scotch Whiskey
25 ml Sweet Vermouth
Dash Angostura Bitters

Stir the ingredients together with ice in a mixing glass before straining into a cocktail glass to serve - the classic garnish is a maraschino cherry.

Roman Snowball

6 parts white sambuca
5 coffee beans

Half fill a champagne flute with crushed ice, pour in the sambuca, then add the coffee beans and serve with a straw.

Rum Martini

6 parts light rum
1/2 tsp dry vermouth
dash orange bitters

Combine all of the ingredients with ice in a mixing glass. Stir well and strain into a martini glass to serve.

Russian Quaalude

4 parts vodka
2 parts frangelico
2 parts baileys

Combine all of the ingredients, along with cracked ice, into a shaker and shake. Strain into an old fashioned glass to serve.

Cocktails Beginning with S


Saint Moritz

2 shots Chambord
1 1/2 shots double cream
1 1/2 shots milk

Shake all of the ingredients together with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.

Saketini

6 parts gin
1 part sake

Place the ingredients, along with ice, into a cocktail shaker. Shake and then strain into a cocktail glass to serve.

Singapore Sling

30ml Gin,
15ml Cherry Brandy
120ml Pineapple Juice
15ml Lime Juice
7.5ml Cointreau
7.5ml Dom Benedictine
10ml Grenadine
A dash of Angostura Bitters
Garnish with a slice of Pineapple & a Cherry.

Combine all the ingredients with ice in a shaker and shake until well blended, then strain into a highball glass, garnishing with a slice of Pineapple and a Cherry.

Snowball

1 part vodka
1 part advocaat
1 part cream
lemonade

Place vodka, advocaat & cream into a cocktail shaker, shake well and pour into a highball glass. Top up with lemonade slowly (the cream and lemonade cause the drink to froth)

Strawberry & Balsamic Martini

4 fresh hulled strawberries
2 shots vodka
1/4 shot strawberry liqueur
1/4 shot balsamic vinegar

Muddle the strawberries with the vodka in the base of a shaker. Pour in the balsamic vinegar and the strawberry liqueur. Add ice and shake all of the ingredients together. Strain into a cocktail glass to serve.

Cocktails Beginning with T


Tequila Martini or a Tequini

6 parts silver tequila
1 part dry vermouth
dash angostura bitters

Place all of the ingredients along with ice into a mixing glass. Stir well and strain into a martini glass to serve.

Tequila Sunrise

4 parts tequila
2 parts grenadine
fresh orange juice

Put ice cubes into a highball glass, pour in the tequila, top up with orange juice (leaving a little room for the grenadine) and stir. Then slowly pour in the grenadine so that it gives that famous sunrise appearance.

Toffee Split

Crushed ice
1 measure toffee liqueur (iced)
2 measures Drambuie

Fill a shot glass with the crushed ice, pour on the Drambuie and then pour in the toffee liqueur carefully so that it layers on top.

Turkish Delight Martini

2 shots vanilla vodka
1/2 shot white creme de cacao
2 tsp runny honey
1 dash rose water
1 shot chilled water
1/2 a fresh egg white

Pour the vodka and honey into the base of a shaker and stir to combine. Pour in the rest of the ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass to serve.

2 shots cranberry vodka
1 shot triple sec
2 shots cranberry juice

Shake all of the ingredients together with ice and then strain into a cocktail glass.

4 parts gin
2 parts sloe gin
1 tsp grenadine

Put all of the ingredients along with ice into a cocktail shaker, shake & strain into a Martini Glass.

Urban Oasis

1 1/2 shots mandarin vodka
1 shot blackcurrant vodka
1/4 shot Chambord
2 shots freshly pressed pineapple juice

Shake all of the ingredients together with ice, strain into a cocktail glass to serve.

Velvet Hammer

6 parts vodka
2 parts dark creme de cacao
2 parts half-and-half

Put all the ingredients plus ice into a cocktail shaker, shake & strain into a Martini glass.

Venus Martini

6 fresh raspberries
2 1/2 shots gin
1 shot triple sec
1/4 shot sugar syrup
4 dashes of orange bitters

Muddle the raspberries with the gin in the base of a shaker. Pour in the other ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass to serve.

Vodka Espresso

2 1/2 shots vodka
1 1/2 shots cold espresso coffee
1/2 shot kahlua
1/4 shot sugar syrup

Shake all of the ingredients together with ice and strain into a cocktail glass to serve.

Walnut Martini

2 1/2 shots vodka
1 shot walnut liqueur
1 shot vanilla citrus liqueur

Shake all of the ingredients together with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass to serve.

Whisper

1 part French Vermouth
1 part Italian Vermouth
1 part Scotch

Pour, over ice, into a highball glass and stir.

White Stinger

1 2/1 shots vodka
3/4 shot white creme de menthe
3/4 shot white creme de cacao

Shake all of the ingredients together with ice and strain into a cocktail glass to serve.

Woo-Woo

4 parts vodka
4 parts peach schnapps
8 parts cranberry juice

Xanthia

4 parts gin
3 parts cherry brandy
3 parts yellow chartreuse

Put all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker, with ice, shake, strain and serve in a Martini glass

Xena

2 1/2 shots honey vodka
1/2 shot bison grass vodka
1 tsp Lillet Blanc

Named after Xena, the Warrior Princess. Shake all of the ingredients together with ice, next strain into a cocktail glass to serve.

Xeres Cocktail

6 parts manzanilla sherry
dash orange bitters

Stir the ingredients together with ice in a mixing glass and strain into a cocktail glass to serve.

XYZ

1 part fresh lemon juice
1 part white rum
1 part cointreau
cracked ice
slice of lime

Put all of the ingredients into a shaker and shake until well frosted. Strain into a cocktail glass or champagne cup and serve with a slice of lime.

Yahoo!

1 1/2 shots vanilla vodka
3 shots chocolate milk

Shake all of the ingredients together with ice and strain into a cocktail glass to serve.

Yale Cocktail

4 parts gin
1 part dry vermouth
1/4 tsp Maraschino liqueur
3-5 dashes orange bitters

Combine all of the ingredients, with ice, in a shaker and shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass to serve.

Yellow Fingers

4 parts gin
2 parts blackberry brandy
2 parts creme de bananes
2 parts half-n-half

Place all of the ingredients, along with ice, into a cocktail shaker and shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass to serve.

4 parts brandy
4 parts pernod
4 parts yellow chartreuse

Put all of the ingredients, along with some ice, into a shaker, shake then strain into a Martini glass.

2 shots advocaat
1 shot Marsala
1/2 shot Cognac
3/4 shot freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 fresh egg yolk

Zaza Cocktail

4 parts dubonnet rouge
2 parts gin

Combine all of the ingredients, with ice, in a cocktail shaker, shake well then strain to serve in a Martini glass.

Zero Martini

2 shots Pernod
1 shot freshly squeezed orange juice
1 dash grenadine

Shake all of the ingredients together with ice, then strain into a cocktail glass.

Zulu Warrior

1 part Midori
1 part Strawberry Liqueur
1 part lemon juice
4 strawberries
2 pieces of rockmelon
ice

Blend all of the ingredients together and serve in a highball glass.
