Baileys Shooters
The world debut of Baileys Irish Cream in 1974 was to revolutionize the idea of shots and shooters. A shot was traditionally from hard liquor such as Bourbon or Tequila and was drunk for a couple of reasons - to warm you up when you came in from the cold or to speed up the road to oblivion.
Baileys added a creamy flavor to shots and made them more widely enjoyed (whether that's good or bad is up for debate). The word shot and shooter are both used to describe the same drink depending on whereabouts you live.
Shots have moved a long way since they were first served and are often very colorful with a mix of different spirits and liqueurs. Basically they are now seen as more of a mini cocktail. Shooters can be served in shot glasses, double shot glasses and even liqueur glasses.
Baileys Irish Cream is such a delicious flavor that plays well with other drinks that it belongs in a plethora of shooter recipes. It is impossible to name them all on one page, but here are some delicious ones for you to try.

But, How Do I Layer My Shots? - Achieving the Stunning Look of These Shooters
It's all very well to give you these recipes, but layering shots isn't always as easy as it looks...........unless you have the right tools that is. The trick is to slow down the flow of the liquor as much as possible so that they don't mix, doing that is the tricky part.Spill-Stop Mfg. Co. Twisted Dime Bar Spoon 10.5''
I tried using the back of a teaspoon, it sounds easy enough - no! I should just add though that the shots still taste nice, layered or not, we're just searching for the whole package!
Next I read that you just needed to tilt the glass slightly when pouring - big no!
Then entered The Dime Spoon (on the left)
The dime spoon makes layering cocktails and shots nice and easy and is a must have bar tool if you want to absolutely wow your friends with some amazing layered shots.
